What is the purpose of processing your personal data?

The data that CODITRAL collects through different channels (website, email, electronic forms, or paper forms and documents) within its activity is processed for the following purposes:

• Maintenance of commercial and contractual relationships
• Sending commercial information about our services
• Management of the private area of the website
• Selection of candidates for job positions
• Processing orders, repair requests, or any type of request made by the user through any of the contact forms available on the website

How long do we keep your data?

For suppliers, clients, collaborators, and personnel, we keep your data while the contractual relationship with us lasts and, subsequently, during the period established by applicable current legislation.

Regarding personnel selection processes, data will be kept while the process lasts and, if the CV is of interest, it will be kept for a period not exceeding one year, after which it will be deleted or destroyed.

We also conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments on those processing operations we consider may pose a risk to the rights and freedoms of data subjects, in order to implement necessary and appropriate measures to prevent confidentiality breaches.

What are your rights?

Every person has the right to know whether CODITRAL processes their personal data or not. They also have the right to:

• Request rectification of inaccurate data
• Request deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected
